Short update for today (25 November, 2013)

Today was one of my busiest days :); around 30 cups served (of coffee at least)!

I want to take a minute to appreciate and praise my apprentice, Jeremy Leung.

He has taken the initiative to develop a pre-order system and has opened a Facebook group for the club, and took the initiative to pre-fill the thermos this morning. I think I'll be leaving coffee club in very good hands :)

This way, we can still cater to those who have previous commitments.

Update

So far...outside of regular operating hours, We've had two extra service "gigs"

One at the teacher's appreciation breakfast

another at the middle-school Restaurant week

Update on progress so far...

The club is going nicely underway:

Improving from last year's suggestions:

- I have expanded my storage area, and increased my coffee making capacity; On a good day, I can expect to make 10-14 cups, easily double what I was making the year previous.

-I have Taken on an apprentice to cement the legacy of the club

-I have expanded my consumer base to include teachers

- I have begun to offer tea, and soon, hot chocolate

Given a free block, I manage to talk to my clients some more, hopefully making them feel more welcome
