Since I was in charge of "Americanos", and because I worked out of a litre thermos I kept full, I took the liberty to see to the servers every now and then. Aside from shooting the breeze between orders, I gave them the rough idea to how to work my press.
On the second night, when things really got busy, I helped out where I could.
It was fun being part of the team; an overall enjoyable experience. Granted that Mr. Wilson and Paul took the Brunt of the orders (Americanos were a small proportion to hot chocolates and lattes), I did my best, and served with a smile.
